Quest International University
Quest International University (QIU), established in 2008 in collaboration with the Perak state government, offers a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program that is officially recognized by the Sri Lanka Medical Council (SLMC). This recognition enables Sri Lankan students to pursue medical education at QIU and practice medicine in Sri Lanka upon meeting the necessary licensing requirements.

Program Structure:
The MBBS program spans five years, divided into two phases:
Phase 1 (Years 1 & 2):
Focuses on basic medical sciences using an integrated, system-based modular approach with early clinical exposure.
Phase 2 (Years 3 to 5):
Emphasizes clinical training through discipline-based postings in hospitals, case-based learning, and research projects.
Academic Qualifications:
Minimum of BBB, AAC, or ABC in Advanced Level examinations, with subjects including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics.
English Proficiency:
An IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent is generally required.
Tuition Fees:
The total tuition fee for the MBBS program at Quest International University (QIU) is approximately USD 63,000 for five years. This amounts to approximately USD 12,600 per annum.
