The Clinical Phase focuses on intensive hands-on training through rotational postings in various medical specialties, such as Medicine, Surgery, Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Psychiatry, and more. These rotations take place at affiliated teaching hospitals and clinics, including Hospital Sungai Buloh and Hospital Kuala Lumpur, providing students with invaluable real-world medical experience to prepare them for the complexities of healthcare practice.

The MBBS program at Management and Science University (MSU) is a comprehensive medical degree designed to equip students with a strong foundation in medical sciences and clinical training. Spanning five years, the program integrates theoretical learning with hands-on clinical exposure in top Malaysian hospitals. Entry Requirements:
- Advanced Level (A-Level): Grades BBB, ABC, or AAC in three subjects, including Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics.
- Foundation in Science/Pre-Medical Course: A minimum CGPA of 3.0 in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics or Mathematics, along with five Bs in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics or Additional Mathematics, and one other subject at SPM/O-Level or equivalent.
English Proficiency:
- Minimum IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent.
